About the J. Frank Dobie Prekindergarten Center Library

Our library services approximately two hundred students ages three to five. All students visit the library once a week with their class on their library day. Students listen to stories, sing songs and check out books. Students choose a book for their classroom library. The library hosts a variety of programs throughout the year. Please check the school calendar for current library events or click here to be taken to our library website.

The library is located within the heart of our campus in an orange portable. The library is open to families and students every day after school except Thursdays. In addition to our library collection of over five thousand resources, our library also houses a variety of hands-on learning activities and audio books on tape.
